                              Return & Exchange Policies

                              SHIPPING
                              Please allow two to three weeks for delivery of garments.  We will notify you of any delays beyond that, and will let you know when your order ships.  Shipping charges are within the continental United States only.  For International shipping please contact us at info@philipsawyer.com for a shipping cost.

                              RETURNS


                              If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us for a full refund or exchange. This guarantee never expires! If you feel we have made a mistake in filling your order, we will gladly refund your shipping charges as well. We also ask that you indicate the reason for the return, as this helps us know of any recurring problems a customer may be experiencing with a particular product.

                              EXCHANGES


                              If you are making an exchange, please call or send us an email when you return it to tell us that it is coming, what the problem is, and that you wish to exchange the item. That way we can begin the replacement process while the item is on its way back to us.

                              TO RETURN AN ITEM 


                              There is no need to call for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please repack the item(s) in sturdy packaging, and include the packing slip you received with the shipment. If you have misplaced the packing slip, include a note with your full billing address, so that we can look up the purchase in our computer. We will make every effort to speed your exchange or refund.

                              COD packages will not be accepted.
